I would like to return an item, how do I proceed?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will provide you with all the necessary information and a return label. Please make sure that the item is returned unworn and in its original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.
How long does the right of withdrawal apply?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item in your order. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Who bears the costs of a return shipment?
The return shipment (incl. costs) will be borne by the buyer and requires a proof of posting incl. tracking number, which you should send to info@lelani-jewelry.com.
Can I return personalized items?
Personalized items are made especially for you and are therefore excluded from exchange or return. If you have any questions about personalized items or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Is there a guarantee on the jewelry?
We stand behind the high quality of our jewelry. Should you ever discover a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to help you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling or normal wear and tear. Please keep your proof of purchase to ensure a smooth service in the event of a warranty claim.
